Service items

1. Installation precautions: Provide a thorough explanation of installation, parameter settings, grounding, and other factors that may affect production efficiency.

2. Explanation and guidance on usage: Explain product usage to customers, guide them to use it correctly, reduce energy consumption, and reduce waste of packaging materials.3. Product maintenance: During the production process, the product is maintained to extend its service life and promote healthy use.

Service Policy:

1. The entire machine comes with a one-year warranty.

2.During the warranty period, if it is a product quality issue, all expenses incurred by the end manufacturer for purchasing and requesting repairs will be waived.

3.During the warranty period, if there is a product quality issue and the intermediary purchases and requests our company to repair it, our company will only be exempt from the cost of replacement parts and express delivery. The round-trip cost of on-site repair and daily accommodation allowance will be charged according to our company's standards.

4. If the machine malfunctions due to improper use, unauthorized repair, or unauthorized repair outside or within the warranty period of the product, the charges are as follows:

① The round-trip fare for maintenance personnel will be borne by your company based on the actual cost reported with the ticket.

② The meal and accommodation allowances for maintenance personnel are calculated from the date of departure until the end of maintenance work.
